Submit An Application for 55+ Affordable Apartment Lottery


Submit an application for the Residences at Mill 8 affordable 55+ apartment lottery. Applications will be available starting April 15, 2024 at The Residences at Mill 10 leasing office located at 68 State St Ludlow, MA 01056, Mon-Fri from 9AM to 5PM. Or you can email us directly at mill8@winnco.com.

There will be two informational sessions at the Residences at Mill 10 Community Room located at 68 State St Ludlow, MA 01056 on Saturday, May 11, 2024 at 10AM and Tuesday, May 21, 2024, at 6PM.

The housing lottery will take place at the Residences at Mill 10 Community Room on Tuesday, June 4, 2024 at 6PM. All applicants and public are welcome to attend. Applicants are not required to be present.
